海底捞火锅Hai Di Lao Hotpot 313@somerset

Hai Di Lao Hot Pot is too delicious for me since I tried last time so I wanna share this special restaurant will y‘all.
This is popular steamboat chain from China serves the typical Sichuan style hot pot with a selection of meats, vegetables and sauces. While waiting for a table, customers will be treated to complimentary drinks, snacks and even a manicure.

"Have you heard about the hotpot place with FREE manicure service? Oh and FREE fruits and popcorn while you are waiting for a table?"

A 60 minutes wait to get a table during weekend.Fortunately, you can get a ticket with number and can request to be called once your table is almost ready. If not, play Flappy Bird on iPad,gorge yourself with longan fruits,or read magazines.

If you are a first timer to Hai Di Lai,here are some steps to navigate your way.
The menu is in the Ipad so you can just use your finger to click and order your food.

Step1-Choose soup bases: Soup bases which include Chicken Soup,Seafood,Tomato,Mushroom,Sichuan Spicy, and Laksa.

The Chicken soup has very faint herbal nutritious taste, cooked with black chicken, wolfberry, and Chinese dates.T would recommend this because it is light enough to bring out the flavours of the ingredients such as the meats.

My table had the Sichuan Spicy too. While tasting your food that you order at the star, the soup grows on you and bacomes my favourite.

Step2- Choose food ingredients: Specially dishes include homemade tofu pudding, duck gizzards, crispy meat, beef tripe, tender chicken, and Hai Di Lao style beef.

Step3-Take the sauces: Almost buffet style, there is a whole lot which includes sesame paste, specially made chili, seafood sauce, beef sauce, mushroom sauce, peanuts, hoisin and so many ingredients. You can also request the waiter or waitress to help you mix the sauces.

After all, service is their NO.1 priority. The service staff fusses over you - refills your drinks quite quickly, give you plastic covers to protect your mobile, give you rubber band to tie your hair, and helps you with food recommendations. You ask, they give it to you.

The bill came up $50 per person, more pricey than usual, about double what you would usually pay for hotpot.
